advisor. The Optran Group was formed

years
ago as an outgrowth of his decade-long private consulting practice. In addition to his expertise in business exit planning, Victor has a strong background in financial modeling, business development, marketing communications, and technology.
Early in his career,
Victor was
a
licensed
professional
engineer at Sperry and Eaton.
He
holds
Master’s
degrees
in
both
mechanical
engineering
and
management
from
Polytechnic
University.
He
was
also
an
adjunct
professor
at
Pratt
Institute
in
New
York.
Victor
is
married
to
Deborah,
one
of
the
top
operatic
vocal
instructors
in
the
New
York
metro
area.
Happily
married
for
22
years,
they
have
two
wonderful
children.
Son Jourdan
is
age
16
and
a world-class
concert
violinist,
Juilliard
student,
twice-published
author,
and
founder
&
director
of a
501(c)(3)
charity:
Children
Helping
Children.
Son
Alec
(age
12)
is a
gifted
cellist
and
the
founder
& director
of
the
musical
theater
charity:
Theater
Kids
Care.
Victor
serves
on
the
board
of
National
Multiple
Sclerosis
Society
LI
Chapter,
and
is president
of
the
Westwood
Community
Association.
