Jourdan Urbach at age 11 made his Lincoln Center
debut at Alice Tully Hall on October 22, 2003 as soloist with The Park
Avenue Chamber Symphony, performing the Bruch Violin Concerto. All
proceeds supported The Trickle Up Foundation. Over $100,000 were raised
for Trickle Up at this concert.
On December 3, 2003, Jourdan was featured on
WQXR's Young Artist Showcase, hosted by Robert Sherman, in a 40
minute performance of the Bruch Concerto. Mr. Sherman described Jourdan
as "The one to watch for the future; a brilliant performer."
