Marketing Opportunities for
Attorneys and CPAs
in a Changing Environment

With Guest Presenter Ron Gold of Marketing Works

Hosted by Corey Stein and Victor Urbach

The next Professional Roundtable Breakfast will be held at Au Bon Pain
on the lower level at TWO JERICHO PLAZA, Jericho on

Friday, July 17th 8:00 AM - 9:30 AM

About the Program: As the business climate changes, opportunities for Attorneys and CPAs to promote their practices get smaller and smaller. Promoting yourself through expert articles in newspapers and magazines, and leveraging networking opportunities is the way to go as a professional. Being a niche expert is more important to the public then being a generalist, and leads to interest from reporters to quote you in articles they're writing on specific issues. The days of taking out an advertisement for your practice is past. Ron will bring this out in a more defined way and and discuss how getting an article about you placed in the media is more affordable and way more profitable.

About the Speaker
Ron Gold spent over 25 years as a General Manager of Long Island’s major radio stations including WALK, B-103, WGBB & WGSM and also owned radio stations in Ft. Myers, Florida. Running successful radio stations means having a flair for promotions, marketing and public relations. That combination has made his company, Marketing Works so successful, especially in these trying times.  After 10 years owning a full service advertising agency called Advertising Works he made the choice in 2008 to close Advertising Works and open Marketing Works to serve only the specific area which is so important to small budgets and small to mid-sized businesses. He also opened a Networking Business called The Marketing Group to help business owners promote themselves and their businesses to other business owners.  Ron has been married to Eileen Hattersley for 29 years. They also breed labradoodles and have 2 boys, Matthew 26 and Jarrett 22.
